I get it! We get sick, our kids get sick, our husbands get sick. When this happens please cancel your appointment. Sometimes we wake up and we are sick. It’s okay. Cancel your appointment Even if it’s a text on the day. Let‘s not pass around our colds and flus.
If you are running late (this happens) please let me know by text but please understand that you will only get the remaining time for your appointment and will pay the full rate of the session booked.
As last minute cancellations cannot be taken by someone on the waiting list, there is a $45 cancellation fee if your appointment is cancelled within 24hours of your appointment time. I will send a text with my account details for you to pay within 24 hours.
